RUNDU, 16 APR (NAMPA) – The Rundu Town Council (RTC) says it implemented the installation of prepaid water meters to address its N.dollars 300 million debt owed to NamWater, amongst other reasons.
RTC acting Chief Executive Officer Fransiska Kupembona said this during the official launch of the prepaid water meters at Rundu on Wednesday.
