OMUTHIYA, 16 APR (NAMPA) – The Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (Nipam) sought to strengthen engagement in the Oshikoto Region on Wednesday.
Nipam spokesperson Johannes Hatutale during the Oshikoto Regional Council meeting held in Omuthiya on Wednesday, said they want to promote Nipam’s training and consultancy services.
