OMUTHIYA, 10 APR (NAMPA) – A 15-year-old girl was reportedly raped by a 46-year-old man in Tsumeb in the Oshikoto Region on 16 February 2025.
Namibian Police Force Commander for the region, Commissioner Theopoline Kalompho-Nashikaku in a crime update on Thursday said the victim informed her father about the ordeal on Tuesday.
