GROOTFONTEIN, 09 APR (NAMPA) - The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) in the Otjozondjupa Region on Wednesday morning began deploying its teams for the supplementary registration of voters in the Otjiwarongo and Grootfontein constituencies for the upcoming by-elections.
