ONGHALA, 09 APR (NAMPA) – Senior hydrologist in the agriculture ministry, Leonard Hango says the flood wave that passed across the Angolan border into northern Namibia earlier this month, has now reached Oshakati in the Oshana Region and the central areas of the Cuvelai Basin, leading to a noticeable increase in water levels in most streams.
