WINDHOEK, 07 APR (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Defence and Veterans Affairs has been tasked with developing a strategy to save money, including by utilising its own personnel for services that are currently outsourced.
Addressing staff on Monday, Minister Frans Kapofi said the ministry has qualified personnel that can carry out tasks often given to contractors.
