OKAHANDJA, 05 APR (NAMPA) - The Okahandja Municipality on Saturday announced to the public its plan to formalise the Oshetu, Ekunde and Five Rand informal settlements in the town this year.
Mayor Beatrice Kotungondo announced the plan on Saturday morning during a community meeting held with the residents of Oshetu No. 1, 2 and 3.
