WINDHOEK, 03 APR (NAMPA) – Leader of the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC), Panduleni Itula unveiled his shadow cabinet on Thursday, saying it would hold the government accountable.
IPC emerged as the largest opposition party in Parliament, having won 20 seats in the National Assembly during the November 2024 general elections.
