OSHAKATI, 03 APR (NAMPA) – Cabinet has directed the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform to commence with community awareness on the outbreak and control of locusts and other pests.
This was said by Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus during the announcement of Cabinet decisions on Thursday in Windhoek.
