KATIMA MULILO, 03 APR (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has started preparing for the upcoming by-election in the Kabbe South Constituency, scheduled to take place before July this year.
ECN’s Regional Electoral Officer for Zambezi, Lesley Simwanza told Nampa in a telephonic interview on Thursday that the vacancy arose from the resignation of John Likando from the Zambezi Regional Council on 25 March 2025.
