TSUMEB, 31 MAR (NAMPA) - A 32-year-old mentally challenged man was allegedly assaulted and raped by a 20-year-old man at Okandjeke village in the Oshikoto's Nehale Lyampingana Constituency on Saturday.
The Namibian Police Force's Crime Investigations Coordinator for Oshikoto, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, told Nampa in an interview on Sunday that the incident occurred around an unknown time but during the night.
