OPUWO, 27 MAR (NAMPA) – The persistent lack of adequate football stadiums continues to plague second and third division leagues in several regions, with the Namport Oshana Second Division Football League being the latest victim.
The league’s interim executive committee has announced that all scheduled weekend encounters have thus far been postponed indefinitely due to the lack of venues.
