OPUWO, 26 MAR (NAMPA) - Commander of the Namibian Police Force in the Kunene Region, Commissioner James Nderura, has urged motorists and pedestrians to refrain from crossing flooded rivers following heavy downpours recorded in the region over the past three weeks.
