ONETHINDI, 25 MAR (NAMPA) - Seventy-six households in the Olukonda Constituency of the Oshikoto Region have been impacted by recent flooding.
Olukonda constituency councillor, Philemon Ndjambula, told Nampa on Monday that he had received numerous complaints and requests for intervention regarding the severe flooding.
“I received concerns on Saturday while I was away with work and I have forwarded these concerns to the regional council’s chairpers...
