OKAVUGU, 25 MAR (NAMPA) - The Roads Authority (RA) has said it will improve drainage on the Onethindi-Olukonda-Oshipala gravel road in the Oshikoto Region once floodwaters recede.
RA spokesperson, Hileni Fillemon, confirmed that the 40-kilometre road is currently completely flooded by rainwater, making it passable only for 4x4 vehicles (bakkies) due to surrounding mahangu fields preventing traffic diversion.
