More than 20 illegal fences targeted for removal in Tsumkwe

TSUMKWE, 25 MAR (NAMPA) – The Otjozondjupa Communal Land Board on Monday started to remove illegal fences in the communal area of Tsumkwe West.
Otjozondjupa Communal Land Board Chairperson, Jackson Hindjou, told Nampa in an interview that 24 illegal fences covering a distance of 148 kilometres have been identified in Tsumkwe.
“We have started to remove the fences in order to allow inhabitants to share the natural resources without restrictions...
