RUNDU, 23 MAR (NAMPA) – University of Namibia lecturer and political analyst Dr Gurvy Kavei has described President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah’s newly announced Cabinet as difficult to predict for many Namibians.
Kavei said this in an interview with Nampa on Sunday, when this news agency approached him for his views on the newly appointed ministers and their portfolios.
