WINDHOEK, 23 MAR (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed medical doctor Esperance Luvindao as Namibia’s new Minister of Health and Social Services.
The announcement was made on Saturday at State House when Nandi-Ndaitwah unveiled her Cabinet.
