WINDHOEK, 23 MAR (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed Elijah Ngurare as Namibia’s prime minister, while Natangwe Ithete was appointed deputy prime minister.
The announcements were made at State House on Saturday.
“We are very happy to be here, but we are also happy about the fact that we have grown in the support of our people,” Ngurare told journalists shortly after he was sworn in.
