WINDHOEK, 21 MAR (NAMPA) - Invited guests have started arriving at State House for the 35th Independence Day celebration and swearing in of President-elect Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Friday.
The event was initially scheduled to take place at the Independence Stadium, with over 30 000 attendees expected, but was moved to State House due to adverse weather conditions.
