HENTIES BAY, 20 MAR (NAMPA) – Henties Bay Mayor Lewis Vermaak has denied allegations of insubordination following claims that the town council defied a ministerial directive to reinstate the Chief Executive Officer and another senior staff member.
Speaking at a press briefing on Wednesday, Vermaak dismissed the claims, stating that the matter remains under review and that the council is committed to upholding due process and legal protocols.
