OTJIWARONGO, 19 MAR (NAMPA) - Otjiwarongo Mayor Gottlieb Shivute on Tuesday announced a municipality masterplan to reconstruct several major roads.
Shivute announced the plan at a media briefing in the municipality chambers, saying these developments will be a joint undertaking by the Road Fund Administration (RFA), Roads Authority (RA) and Otjiwarongo Municipality.
