Soldiers observe International Women’s Day

GOBABIS, 17 MAR (NAMPA) – The women in uniform at Lieutenant General Dimo Hamaambo Garrison in Grootfontein commemorated International Women’s Day (IWD) on Friday in the Otjozondjupa Region.
The day observed yearly on 08 March was themed ‘Accelerate Action’ and highlighted the urgent need to address gender imbalances and combat women abuse in both their personal and professional lives.
