Girl, 3, drowns in pool of rainwater

ONAMUTAI, 17 MAR (NAMPA) – A three-year-old girl reportedly drowned in a pool of water at Oniiwe A village in the Oshikoto Region on Sunday.
Namibian Police Force Acting Regional Commander for Oshikoto, Deputy Commissioner James Nandapo, informed Nampa on Sunday that the incident occurred around 12h30.
The deceased was identified as Patricia Dumingu, whose parents are both Angolan nationals working as domestic workers in the village.
