Tsandi Village Council receives building layout sample for ongoing development

OSHAKATI, 12 MAR (NAMPA) – The Tsandi Village Council on Tuesday received a building layout sample for the village, from Racio Media Group and Sheefeni Building Samples, to aid in the council’s ongoing development.
