Kavango East police recover stolen drought relief items

RUNDU, 12 MAR (NAMPA) – Police in the Kavango East Region arrested a 48-year-old man last Friday for alleged possession of stolen maize meal and cooking oil, suspected to have been stolen from government’s drought relief programme.
The Namibian Police Force crime investigations coordinator in the region, Deputy Commissioner Bonifatius Kanyetu told Nampa on Wednesday the suspect was found whilst selling the 247 bags of maize meal (10kg each) and 4...
