WALVIS BAY, 11 MAR (NAMPA) – The formal bail application for six individuals accused of defrauding a fishing company of N.dollars 29.9 million has been postponed to 14 April 2025.
The matter was postponed due to the medical condition of Accused 1, Victoria George, who is heavily pregnant and currently hospitalised. George is self-employed.
The formal bail hearing was initially scheduled for 11 and 12 March.
