OMUTHIYA, 10 MAR (NAMPA) – A 20-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing another 20-year-old man to death at Okangororosa village in the Oshikoto Region’s Omuthiya Constituency on Monday.
The Namibian Police Force's Crime Investigations Coordinator for the Oshikoto Region, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, informed Nampa that the incident occurred around 03h00 and the deceased was identified as Haiyaka Tangeniomwene, who was a resid...
