ONANKALI, 09 MAR (NAMPA) - A 21-year-old man was arrested for reportedly attempting to rape a 30-year-old woman at Olumbongo location in Oniipa constituency of the Oshikoto region in the early hours of Saturday.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) Regional Commander, Commissioner Theopoline Kalompho-Nashikaku on Sunday said the incident occurred around 02h00.
