ONDANGWA, 06 MAR (NAMPA) – The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) and the Opuwo Town Council have signed a memorandum of understanding to construct houses under the National Informal Settlement Upgrading Programme (NISUP).
NHE Chief Executive Officer Gisbertus Mukulu said the partnership aims to address the significant housing needs of ultra-low and low-income groups.
