OMUTHIYA, 06 MAR (NAMPA) – A 34-year-old man was arrested in Tsumeb on Thursday on suspicion of rape and violating the Combating of Immoral Practices Act after he allegedly cohabited with a 15-year-old girl who was reported as missing.
The Namibian Police Force's Regional Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, informed Nampa on Thursday that the incident occurred at Omashaka location and involved a Grade 9 learner.
