OSHAKATI, 05 MAR (NAMPA) - A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of an eight-year-old boy in Ongwediva.
The Namibian Police Force's Crime Investigations Coordinator for Oshana, Deputy Commissioner Frederick Ndjadila, said the incident occurred in February and was only reported to the police by the boy's father on Tuesday.
