MARIENTAL, 02 MAR (NAMPA) – At the age of 19 in 1992, Andoline Luipert started working as Sam Nujoma’s personal waitress at State House and accompanied him on trips to various countries.
With his support a few years later, she was able to receive a Commonwealth bursary to study Tourism and Hospitality in Cyprus, a small island located between Turkey and Greece.
