Supreme Court dismisses IPC’s Presidential election challenge

WINDHOEK, 28 FEB (NAMPA) – The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) and Landless People’s Movement’s (LPM) 2024 Presidential election challenge.
A full bench consisting of Chief Justice Peter Shivute, Judge President Petrus Damaseb, Deputy Judge President Hosea Angula, Justice Sylvester Mainga and Justice Dave Smuts also ordered that each party must bear its own legal costs.
