MARIENTAL, 25 FEB (NAMPA) – In efforts to strengthen cooperation between local government and traditional authorities, the Hardap Regional Council and //Kharas Regional Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nama Traditional Authority on Monday.
