Oshana pays tribute to Nujoma

ONDANGWA, 24 FEB (NAMPA) – Residents of the Oshana Region on Sunday joined the rest of the country in paying tribute to late Founding President Sam Nujoma, during the regional memorial service held at Ondangwa.
Nujoma died aged 95 on 08 February 2025 in Windhoek.
Oshana Region Governor Elia Irimari said Nujoma was a towering figure in Namibia’s liberation struggle, a visionary leader who dedicated his life to securing the nation’s independence....
