KATIMA MULILO, 23 FEB (NAMPA) - The Zambezi Region’s Education Director and the current Head of the Information and Publicity Organising Committee for the Founding President, Sam Nujoma’s Regional Memorial Service, Alex Sikume, says the region is ready to pay homage to the late liberation icon.
