OMUTHIYA, 23 FEB (NAMPA) - Close to 2 000 residents from the Oshikoto Region gathered for a memorial service for Founding President Sam Nujoma at the ELCIN church in Omuthiya on Saturday.
Oshikoto Governor, Penda Ya Ndakolo, who was the chief mourner at the memorial service, described Nujoma as one of a kind.
