WINDHOEK, 19 FEB (NAMPA) – Namibia is poised to ratify a Southern African Development Community (SADC) protocol that will enable convicted offenders to serve their sentences in their home countries.
Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security Lucia Witbooi, on Tuesday called on the National Assembly to ratify the Draft SADC Protocol on the Inter-State Transfer of Sentenced Offenders.
