WINDHOEK, 18 FEB (NAMPA) – The Capricorn Foundation has over the past four months invested N.dollars 2.6 million in various education and training initiatives, addressing infrastructure needs, providing study materials and teacher training and addressing rural-urban education gaps in Namibia.
