OPUWO, 14 FEB (NAMPA) – The escalating demand for quality water and persistent scarcity issues have become a significant challenge for residents of Opuwo, who are calling for prompt and effective rectification.
For the past 34 years the rocky town, which is also the capital of the Kunene Region, has been grappling with water challenges - its scarcity, lack of quality water and loss of water.
