WINDHOEK, 13 FEB (NAMPA) – The government on Thursday unveiled the official mourning portrait for the late Founding President, Sam Nujoma, who died over the weekend.
The Executive Director of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Audrin Mathe, said the portrait will be available to everyone who needs it.
