EENHANA, 13 FEB (NAMPA) - The Ohangwena Region recorded 18 deaths due to malnutrition and starvation in 2024, Ohangwena Governor Sebastian Ndeitunga has said.
Ndeitunga in a recent interview with Nampa specified that the fatalities included four adults and 14 children.
In 2023, the Ohangwena Regional Council conducted a survey and identified 48 761 households across all 12 constituencies in the region in need of urgent drought relief assistance....
