WINDHOEK, 12 FEB (NAMPA) - The Bank of Namibia’s (BoN) Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) has resolved to reduce the repo rate by 25 basis points following its meeting on 10 and 11 February 2025.
The decision, which sees the repo rate moving from 7.0 per cent to 6.75 per cent, was made to support the domestic economy while maintaining the peg between the Namibia Dollar and the South African Rand.
