Man arrested for alleged rape of minor in Oshikoto Region

OMUTHIYA, 11 FEB (NAMPA) - A 13-year-old girl with learning disabilities and hearing impairments was allegedly raped by a 55-year-old man at Iikekele village in the Oshikoto Region on Monday.
According to the region's crime investigation coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo, the incident occurred around 17h00 and a case of rape has been opened against the suspect, who also has hearing impairments.
