WINDHOEK, 10 FEB (NAMPA) – The government has temporarily suspended all sporting gatherings and events during the mourning period for Founding President Sam Nujoma, who died on Saturday.
“The Government of the Republic of Namibia has directed that effective Sunday, 09 February 2025, all sporting events and gatherings be temporarily suspended for the duration of the official mourning period, until further notice,” a statement released on Sunday b...
