NKURENKURU, 07 FEB (NAMPA) – The Kavango West Regional Council Chief Regional Officer, Matheus Singambwe has called on all council managers to ensure that no funds allocated to them should be returned to the treasury.
He said they should make sure that bank accounts are empty by the end of the 2024-2025 financial year.
