Namibia Meteorological Service warns of flash floods, thunderstorms

WINDHOEK, 06 FEB (NAMPA) – The Namibia Meteorological Service has issued a warning of thunderstorms with flash floods in some parts of the Otjozondjupa and Khomas regions.
“Moderate to widespread thunderstorms are expected in parts of the north-central, northwestern, Otjozondjupa, and Khomas regions with flash floods in places. Please take the necessary precautions,” a warning issued by the service on Tuesday said.
