SWAKOPMUND, 05 FEB (NAMPA) – Families and animal lovers in Swakopmund are demanding justice over the alleged theft, brutal killing and cooking of a pet dog by a group of individuals who have since been arrested and appeared in court.
Ragnar, a Rottweiler, was an extension of three families who viewed him as more than just a pet, but rather a member of the family.
