OMUTHIYA, 05 FEB (NAMPA) – The Roads Contractor Company (RCC) has highlighted a number of delays in the completion of the Engoyi-Omuntele gravel road in the Oshikoto Region, which was expected to be completed last year.
RCC interim chief executive officer, Dasius Nelumbu said in an interview with Nampa on Tuesday that there are real issues on the ground which are beyond their control and have contributed to delays.
